Pistachio Kernels

Types of pistachio kernels:

-Green peeled Pistachio Kernels (Raw)

It is produced from premature pistachio nuts and has some grades:

Grade A: Dark green

Grade B: Light green

Grade C: very light green

-Natural Pistachio Kernels (Matiqi)

These are obtained from closed shell pistachios, used in confectionary, cooking, chocolate and ice cream industry.

-Pistachio slice

Slices of pistachio kernels which are made from green pistachio kernels.
